Any recipes for great banana smoothies out there?

i want to eat lots of bananas, a smoothie would be a great way to accomplish that!Any recipes for great banana smoothies out there?
Banana Cream Pie Smoothie





2 servings (serving size: 1 cup)


Ingredients





1 cup sliced ripe banana (about 1 large)


1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt


1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk


2 tablespoons whole wheat graham cracker crumbs (about 1/2 cookie sheet)


1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


3 ice cubes (about 1/4 cup)


Graham cracker crumbs





Preparation





Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm (about 1 hour).





Place frozen banana and remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.














Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe





Ingredients





1 cup cold milk ( can use white, chocolate or half milk %26amp; half yogurt)


1 ripe banana ( frozen if you want thicker shake )


2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter








Directions





1. In a blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth.

I always put 100g natural yoghurt, 50ml milk, one chopped banana, and handful of oats and loads of cinnamon in a blender - it makes the most amazing banana and cinnamon smoothie. :]
get like 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, and chop up like 1/2 of a banana. then blend it. Mmm :) Add ice cubes into the blender if you want.
