6 ripe bananas
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbl unsalted buter
1 cup plus 2 Tbl brown sugar
戮 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1-cup dark rum

Directions:Peel the bananas and cup in half lengthwise. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add rum and gently move the pan around to warm the rum, causing it to flame. Continue cooking until the flame dies out. Add the grilled bananas to the hot rum mixture and cook 3-4 minutes more.

GRILLED BANANA HAM ROLLS
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 slices cooked ham
Mustard
4 med. bananas, all yellow
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Toasted hot dog buns
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Spread ham slices lightly with mustard. Put 1 peeled banana on each ham slice. Brush with butter sauce. Sprinkle with sugar. Roll up. Brush top of ham with remaining sauce. Cook on outdoor grill or broil 3-4 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes, or until well heated. Serve on toasted hot dog buns.
Deep fat fry banana in batter, serve with syrup or Maple syrup and ice cream.
