Does anyone have a banana chocolate brownies recipes?

Chocolate Banana Brownies





6 eggs


2 c. flour


3/4 c. hazelnuts, chopped


2 sliced bananas


3/4 lb. butter (3 sticks)


3 c. sugar


3/4 c. cocoa


1/4 c. cane syrup or corn syrup


pinch salt





Frosting


3/4 c. whipping cream or heavy cream


8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped


berries for decoration (optional)





Directions:


Beat eggs, flour, nuts, and bananas until fluffy.





Stir in remaining ingredients: butter, sugar, cocoa, syrup, salt.





Bake in a 9x13 rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper in a 350掳F oven until done through, about 45 minutes, or when a toothpick comes out clean.





Let cool completely before frosting.





For frosting, heat cream and chocolate in a saucepan. Heat and stir until chocolate is melted. Pour chocolate cream over the brownies. Garnish with berries.

Ingredients:


5 tbs cocoa powder


1 tbs caster sugar


1/2 cup (125ml) milk


6 bananas, mashed thoroughly


1 cup (220g) brown sugar


1 tsp Queens vanilla essence


5 egg whites


3/4 cup (115g) self-raising flour


60g oat bran


1/2 cup (95g) Nestle chocolate bits


1 tbs icing sugar, to dust





Instructions:


Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 23cm square cake pan with non-stick baking paper. Combine the cocoa, caster sugar and milk. Stir in the banana, brown sugar and vanilla essence until they are well combined.





In a separate bowl, use an electric beater to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.





Add the banana mixture to the egg whites and mix well. Sift the flour into the mixture. Fold in the oat bran and the chocolate bits. Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes or until firm. Set aside to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Cut into pieces and dust with icing sugar to serve.Does anyone have a banana chocolate brownies recipes?

2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened





2/3 C. sugar











3 bananas, sliced











1/2 C. chopped nuts





1 oz. semisweet chocolate





1 T. butter or margarine





Preheat oven to 375掳 F. Mix brownies according to package directions. Pour brownie mix into a 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature.





Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over brownie layer. Melt chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth (may substitute chocolate syrup). Drizzle over brownies. Chill. Cut into squares.

FUDGY BANANA BROWNIES





1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats


2/3 c. brown sugar, packed


3/4 c. chopped almonds or walnuts


1/2 c. all-purpose flour


1/4 tsp. baking soda


1/2 c. butter, melted


1 med. banana, extra-ripe


1 med. banana, firm


1 pkg. fudge brownie mix (21.5 oz.)





In bowl, mix together oats, sugar, nuts, flour and soda. Stir in butter to form crumb mixture. Press evenly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Puree extra ripe banana (1/2 cup). Chop firm banana.


Prepare brownie mix according to directions, substituting 1/2 cup pureed bananas for water and stirring in chopped bananas. Spread batter over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake according to package directions, adding 5 minutes to baking time. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 32 bars.
Banana Brownies


1 cup butter


6 very ripe bananas


3/4 cup sugar


3/4 cup brown sugar


1 tsp. vanilla


3 eggs


3 cups flour


2 tsp. baking soda


1 tsp. salt


1 cup chocolate chips





Preheat oven to 350.





Cream butter. Add bananas, sugars, vanilla, and eggs and mix well. Add flour, soda, and salt and mix well. Mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.





Spread into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips on top.





Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Use a knife to swirl the melted chips on top. Return to oven and bake another 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.





Note: These freeze well.
