Does anybody know any good banana boat recipes?

My kids are from ages 7 to 12 years old, and they love to eat bananas, marshmallows, and chocolate. So when I was a kid, I used to have roasted banana boats, but I only have one recipe, and it gets boring to the kids to eat over and over again. So, if you have any good banana boat recipes, please let me have them! Thanks!Does anybody know any good banana boat recipes?
I found some recipes that use those three ingredients that you may enjoy...hope this helps!:

Barbecued Banana Splits

1 banana, unpeeled

8 miniature marshmallows

16 miniature chocolate chips

1 scoop ice cream (your favorite flavor)

Make slit down center of unpeeled banana and spread apart to open.

Stuff marshmallows and chocolate chips into opening.

Place bananas directly on cooking grate of grill.

Grill over medium heat until skin is blackened, about 6- 8 minutes.

Marshmallows should be golden brown, chocolate melted, and banana carmelized to a dark golden brown.

Remove with tongs, transfer to plate, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.

Can also add whipped cream and chopped nuts if desired.

CAMP CHERITH BANANA BOATS

1 ripe banana per person

Peanut butter

Chocolate chips

(Optional: Chopped nuts, raisins, mini marshmallows, etc.)

Foil

B B Q coals

You're only limited by your imagination!

Using a paring knife, carefully slice a 1/4 inch canal down top of banana and remove peel from that area only (reserve). Scoop out banana forming a canal about 1/4 inch deep and 1/4 inch wide (eat that part now!). Fill canal with peanut butter and top with chocolate chips. Return peel strip and double wrap in foil. For non-campers, these may be zapped in the microwave without using foil or top strip of banana peel
