Does anyone have a good recipe for banana bread or something with bananas recipe?

I'm quite notorious for always having a few bananas left over. And after awhile, eating a banana by itself gets kindof old. So I was wondering if anyone has an easy banana bread recipe or something I can do with 3 leftover bananas.

Thanks in advance!Does anyone have a good recipe for banana bread or something with bananas recipe?
This is a VERY delicious banana bread, you wont regret making it !!

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Serves 12.

Try this simple, but delicious shake for breakfast!

I put 2 bananas, couple splashes of milk, 2 tbs of peanut butter, 8 squares of tofu for texture and nutrition, and a handful of ice cubes in a blender and consume it for breakfast. Its especially useful for over ripe bananas that you cant eat alone. Its enough protein to hold your hunger until lunch.
If you have a yellow cake mix, you can make this banana cake.

If you decide to try it out, bake it in a preheated oven; don't follow the website instructions. Frost with cream cheese frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
This recipe is for chocolate banana bread. I made it last weekend. You can toast any leftovers and it also makes nice french toast if you beat together two eggs and 1/4 cup milk then fry on both sides, a bit decadent though.

You can freeze them and put them in a smoothie.I put each banana in a little plastic bag and that makes them last a while in the freezer.
Add plain flour, sugar, milk, bananas, water 鈥?mix all well till it become think batter. Heat up oil and deep fry it like fritters
Try some new?

You can toss them in the freezer whole until you're ready to bake w/ them. Then let them thaw a few minutes on the counter, pop off one end and sort of squeeze out the banana (like you would toothpaste) into a measuring cup. Skin turns black in the freezer, but insides are great!
