Anybody have any recipes for a marinade that uses banana peppers?

You might like this one:





Marinade for Chicken or Pork





1/4 cup chopped Banana Peppers


1 tablespoon Coarse Grain Mustard


1/4 cup Dry White Wine or Chicken Broth


1 teaspoon olive oil





Mix together and marinate meat 2 hours before grilling. Baste often.
